why "third space"?
Sociologist Ray Oldenburg coined the term "third place" to describe a social environment, such as a cafe, bar, or park, that is separate from home and work, where people can gather informally and feel a sense of community. We offer just that--a place to gather, learn, create.

You know the importance of physical exercise for long-term health, but what about your brain? Engaging in as few as 20 minutes of art or creative learning can help reduce cortisol and boost dopamine and serotonin. We want to help you make gathering, learning, and creating a regular part of your routine!
